Reflow is operated by Veratus Group Limited. Reflow helps you rearrange the furniture you already own by producing a plain-English “move list” and a 3D floor plan from a scan or photos of your room.
To build your move list, Reflow processes a LiDAR scan or photos of your room. A photo of your home is personal data under UK/EU GDPR.
Room photos are sent to our server only to work out your room’s layout. They are held in memory for that processing and are never written to our storage. Derived room geometry (measurements and object positions, not images) is kept briefly so you can try different feelings on the same room, then automatically deleted.
On our servers we keep only an anonymous credit balance, linked to a random install identifier generated on your device. This is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID. Your move lists are stored on your device, not ours.
Optional “swap” suggestions link out to third-party retailers. Following a link takes you to that retailer’s own site, governed by their privacy policy; some links carry an affiliate tag so we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not share your personal data with retailers.
You can delete all stored data at any time from Settings → “Delete my rooms and data”. This wipes any stored room geometry and your credit balance. You have rights under UK/EU GDPR to access, correct, or erase your data — contact us below.
Room photos: not retained. Room geometry: deleted automatically within one hour of processing. Credit balance: kept until you delete it or uninstall.
